Garage Parking

Midtown Crossing offers convenient garage parking accessible from 33rd, Farnam, Dodge and Harney Streets.

Midtown Crossing garage visitors receive 2 hours of free parking. After the first two hours, the rate is $1 per hour, with a maximum daily fee of $15. (Retailer validation is no longer offered).

RAMP A (South side of Farnam)

  • Owned and managed by the City of Omaha, Parking and Mobility Division, as of September 1, 2025
  • Pay in person at the exit kiosk
  • For monthly parking:
    • Go to ParkOmaha.com and select the box on the homepage labeled “Monthly Parking”
    • Fill out the “New Customer” form and click “Create Account” to submit
    • Click the “New Individual Parking Agreement” button
    • Fill out the agreement to register for a space. Our team will contact you when your space is available

  • Pay in person at the exit kiosk, scan the QR code on your parking ticket or via popular parking apps such as ParkOmaha and Parkwhiz

*Mopeds and motorcycles are not permitted inside the garages. Riders should use designated City of Omaha surface parking stalls.

Metered Parking

  • Ample metered parking is available along Farnam Street and within Turner Park, accessible from 31st Avenue.
  • Metered parking is monitored Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and is payable through the ParkOmaha app or at the bright orange multi-space kiosks near the parking stalls.
  • Holidays and Sundays are free.
