Parking at Midtown Crossing

Garage Parking

Midtown Crossing offers 3 hour free parking with validation in both our parking garages, easily accessible from 33rd, Farnam and Harney Streets. In both garages, the first three hours are free with validation, and visitors pay only $1 for each hour thereafter (with a maximum fee of $15 per 24 hour period).

Midtown Crossing employs a parking validation system similar to those in effect in other parking garages throughout the city. Under the validation system, customers still enjoy three (3) hours of free garage parking, only now they need to have a validated ticket. Customers who patronize any of the retail locations at Midtown Crossing can receive the three-hour validation with any purchase.

NEW! Thanks to an upgraded system, customers have more ways to pay. In addition to paying at the kiosk upon exit, customers may now pay by:

  • Using a mobile phone to scan the QR code on your parking ticket – no app required!
  • Walk-up pay on foot kiosk (cash only; one located in each garage)
  • Popular parking apps such as ParkOmaha (Passport) and Parkwhiz

For a contactless solution, text “park” to 844-930-3444 before pulling in the garage. You’ll instantly receive an ePass to scan at entry (no need to pull a ticket). Texts will guide you through the online payment process upon exit.

Note: For safety reasons, Midtown Crossing does not allow moped and/or motorcycle parking in either of the two parking garages located off 33rd Street and Farnam Street.  Riders should utilize the city surface stalls for parking.
